This policy explains what personal data 24freight B.V. collects through this website, why, and what your rights are. It covers the website 24freight.ai; data processed inside the 24freight product for customers is covered by the agreement with that customer.
Who we are
24freight B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 97864846, is the controller for the personal data described here.
What we collect
When you request a demo, we receive the name, work email address and optional message you enter. When you visit the site, we collect usage data such as pages viewed, clicks on demo buttons, browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and technical errors.
Why we use it
We use demo requests to contact you and schedule the demo (legitimate interest and steps prior to a contract). We use usage data to understand how the site is used and improve it (legitimate interest). We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
Formspree receives demo form submissions. PostHog (US Cloud) processes website analytics; requests are routed through our own domain. Google Cloud hosts the website and the demo video. Where data leaves the EEA, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Demo requests are kept for as long as needed to follow up and for at most two years after our last contact, unless you become a customer. Analytics data is kept for up to one year.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or ask us to restrict or transfer it. Contact us at the email address below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
